Urinary incontinence affects 20 million women, 80 percent of whom can be treated effectively without medications or surgery.  Women in their menopausal years are often affected but younger women may have difficulty after childbearing.

	Urinary Incontinence is unintentional urine leakage due to loss of bladder control.
	Stress Incontinence is leakage of a small amount of urine associated with coughing, sneezing or jumping.  This is often due to a weakness of the pelvic floor muscles after childbearing or menopause.
	Urge Incontinence is associated with the sudden strong need to empty your bladder often resulting in large urine loss.
